哪里有适合MovableType的免费空间

最近Soa问道于我，关于空间的问题。

David，你好，偶也很想用MT建站，但目前使用的虚拟空间不支持MT，请问您使用的是那里的空间？可否推荐一二？

在国内的朋友们，我想现在已几乎没有免费空间可以申请了，三五年前有许多免费的虚拟空间可以用，之后是经济面的因素，开始减少；今年以来的，网络实名制以及网站备案的门槛，让所剩无几的几个提供免费空间的服务商都暂停了申请。看来以后在相当长的时间内，都不会开放。
至于在国外，还是有许多空间可以使用，有些权限大些，有些只能支持简单的静态页面。
有一个网站可以搜索到许多免费空间：

现在共有205个免费空间供应商在上面。
但是，要装Movable Type，有一些必要条件，根据MovableType的官方指引：

Movable Type requires the following:

An account on a webserver that allows you to run custom CGI scripts. If you're not sure whether yours does, your hosting provider should know. The application itself is around 2 megabytes, but we suggest that you have at least 25 megabytes of disk space available on your server to accommodate future files and posts.

Perl installed on your server, version 5.004_04 or greater. Perl version 5.6 or higher is highly recommended.

BerkeleyDB or, preferably, a SQL-based database for storage of Movable Type data. Movable Type supports MySQL, SQLite, PostgreSQL.

An FTP program to upload the necessary files to your webserver, or shell access if you wish to install the system from the shell.

A web browser with Javascript enabled.

再根据现在正在做BETA测试的新版MovableType3.2BETA版来看，所需的必要条件是：
CGI权限
PERL支持
MYSQL数据库
符合以上条件的免费空间则相当少。

经过比较，使用之后，推荐这个服务商SPOOTED.ORG

速度很快，用户控制界面用的是cPanel，空间大小1GB，流量每月10GB，10个MySQL数据库，支持CGI-BIN，Perl，PHP，FrontPage Extension等。还有无限个数的Email账号。实在是功能丰富，无法一一列举。
但是凡事都有它的局限性，这个服务商的申请要求是：

- No adult content
- No P2P sites
- No illegal sites
- Sites MUST have ENGLISH content
- You must be able to speak and understand the english language
- NO SPAM POLICY - YOU SPAM YOU WILL BE REMOVED
- Accounts must be used to host a website, do not use for filestorage only.

以上要求一般的用户都能满足，就算不能全部是英文内容，也可以做到部分内容是英文的。
可是，有一个要求是国内用户无法做到的：
We currently accept applications from the following countries ONLY:-
(We know which country you are from, even if you enter a fake address)
英国，美国，加拿大，新西兰，澳大利亚。
那么只能通过ip代理的方式，来申请了。

简单的看了看国内的虚拟空间，付费的有51.net可能支持，请先同他们联系确认。
万网应该也有，只是价格贵。
