Fruit Shake

Serve this thick milkshake for a mid morning or afternoon snack or with a muffin or toast for breakfast.

1 banana 1 cup milk 1 cup yogurt
1 cup sliced strawberries or blueberries (fresh or frozen)

In blender or food processor, puree banana, milk, yougurt or berries until smooth.
Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
Approximately 65 calories per serving, 3 g protein, 1 g fat.
