紫菜豆皮卷

材料
干豆皮·50 克
紫菜·30 克
香葱·1 棵
生姜·1 小块
淀粉·适量

调料
食用油·500 克(实耗80 克)
精盐·1 小匙
白糖· 1/2小匙
味精· 1/2小匙

做法
1.干豆皮用水泡好,切成方形备用;紫菜泡透洗净沙,沥干水分,生姜切末,香葱切花,然后把紫菜加入精盐、味精、白糖、生姜末、香葱花、淀粉、水拌匀;
2.把豆皮铺平,放入拌好的紫菜,卷成卷,用湿淀粉封好口;
3.锅内放油,烧热,下入素蛋卷,炸至内熟外金黄,捞起沥干油,切好即可。

★厨师一点通
如果将豆皮卷炸两遍,表皮会更脆。
