酱汁素鸡

材料
素鸡·300 克
生姜·1 小块

调料
香油·1 小匙
酱油· 1/2大匙
豆豉·1 大匙
胡椒粉·1 小匙
精盐·1 小匙
白糖· 1/2小匙

做法
1.把素鸡放入开水中,用小火煮5分钟,捞起洗净,沥干水,切厚片,放在盘上;生姜切丝;
2.把豆豉捣碎,加上生姜丝、香油、胡椒粉、酱油、白糖、精盐、香油拌匀,淋在素鸡上,放入蒸锅
蒸9 分钟即成。

★厨师一点通
如果先用高汤煨一下素鸡,烧制出的味道更佳。
