咸肉豆腐

材料
豆腐·250 克
咸猪肉(带皮)·100 克
香葱·2 棵

调料
猪油·少许

做法
1.咸猪肉放清水中煮熟后捞出,汤汁留用;将香葱切段;
2.将咸猪肉和豆腐都切成1.5 厘米见方的块,放入炒锅中,加入咸肉汤,用大火烧开;
3.烧开后用小火焖烧,待豆腐浮起,加入香葱段和猪油即成。

★厨师一点通
因咸肉本身有咸味,所以可以不加盐。
