酸豆角炒鸡胗

材料
鸡胗·300 克
酸豆角·100 克
生姜·1 小块
大蒜·4 瓣

调料
食用油·30 克
酱油· 1/2大匙
料酒· 1/2大匙
精盐·1 小匙
白糖· 1/2小匙
味精· 1/2大匙

做法
1.酸豆角汆水后待用;鸡胗洗净切小块,放入油锅中滑熟;姜、蒜洗净切末;
2.把锅中余油烧热,放入姜、蒜炒香,加入酸豆角、鸡胗翻炒,加入酱油、料酒、盐、糖、味精炒匀即可。

★厨师一点通
把鸡胗倒入油锅滑炒时动作要快,防止鸡胗变硬变老。
