糖醋排骨

材料
肋排·500 克
香葱·1 棵
生姜·1 块
大蒜·2 瓣
淀粉·适量

调料
食用油·500 克(实耗45 克)
酱油· 1/2大匙
香醋·1 大匙
精盐· 1/2小匙
白糖·1 大匙
味精· 1/2小匙

做法
1.排骨洗净剁成小段;姜、蒜洗净切片;香葱洗净切末;
2.锅内放油,烧至五成热时,将排骨炸至表面呈焦黄色时捞起沥油;
3.锅内留底油,加入盐、酱油、味精、姜片、蒜片,与排骨同炒,倒入没过排骨面的温水,大火烧开,改小火炖煮30 分钟;
4.排骨入味香软时,加糖、醋、香葱末,用水淀粉勾芡,大火收浓汁即可。

糖和醋要最后放,酸甜的口味才能出来
