桂香糯米藕

材料
莲藕·1 节
糯米·200 克
红枣·25 克

调料
红糖·1.5 大匙
桂花蜂蜜·1 大匙
白糖·3 小匙

做法:
1.将糯米洗净后用温水浸泡1小时,沥干备用;红枣洗净;
2.将莲藕刮去外皮,一头连蒂切掉2.5厘米,留做盖子,将糯米填入莲藕
内,用筷子捅结实,加蒂盖,用几根牙签固定封口;
3.将酿好的糯米藕放入锅中,加红枣和红糖,注入没过莲藕的清水,大火煮沸后改小火煮30 分钟,捞出糯米藕晾凉;
4.将糯米藕切成片,摆入碟中,浇上桂花蜜,撒上白糖即可。

特点:
补血润肺,香糯适口。

★厨师一点通
选购莲藕时,应选藕节肥大粗短、表面鲜嫩、不烂不伤不带尾的。藕有池藕与田藕之分。
池藕质白嫩,汁多;田藕品质次之。
