鲜肉高丽菜卷

材料:
高丽菜1/2个(约300克),猪绞肉300克,鸡蛋2个,香菇、红萝卜各50克。

调味料:
A料:盐、胡椒粉、鲜鸡粉各1/4小匙,米酒1.5小匙,淀粉1小匙。

做法:
1)香菇泡软、去蒂,红萝卜去皮、洗净,均切末,放入碗中加入猪绞肉及A料,打入鸡蛋抓拌均匀,做成内馅备用(图1)。
2)高丽菜剥下叶片洗净,并分别用刀切成正方形大片,放入滚水中烫软,捞出,摊平,包入内馅(图2),卷成圆筒状(图3),移入蒸笼蒸约8~10分钟,取出即可。
